The 10th session of Standing Committee of the 11th CPPCC Heilongjiang Committee was held in Harbin on 25th June 2015. The Committee carried out in-depth studies on the implementation of Five Planning, developing strategic deployment of top ten industries, taking advantage and promoting the adjustment of industrial structure. President Li Yong delivered a speech with the invitation on the topic of speeding up achievements transformation and promoting the innovation in science and technology, he said that perfection of the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements is the important part to build up the innovation system in Heilongjiang province and promote the independent innovation of science and technology, and also is the important guarantee for the modern economic development and the core competitiveness forming. He also made suggestions such as deepen reform of the science and technology system, enhance effective supply capacity of science and technology products, perfect the technology market, strengthen the macro-control ability, create a good environment and motivate effective science and technology demands etc.

Chairman of CPPCC Heilongjiang province Du Yuxin attended and delivered speech at the meeting, vice Governor of Heilongjiang province Sun Yao listened to the views of consultation and made the statement to respond, vice Chairman of CPPCC Heilongjiang province Gong Jingkun gave the Comprehensive Research Report on the consultation issues.
