With the invitation of CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee, Yang Chunguang who is the Director General of China International Economic & Technical Cooperation visited Hunan province with the delegation of entrepreneurs during 23rd to 25th of February 2016, President Li Yong attended as the Deputy Director General.
