From April 7th to 9th, the 2023 China Small and Medium Enterprises Development Conference and the 16th China Small and Medium Enterprises Festival were held in Shenyang. Chairman Li Yong was invited to attend as a growth mentor of Chinese small and medium enterprises and delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony. Chairman Li Yong pointed out in his keynote speech at the opening ceremony that “focus on specialization and innovation to achieve high-quality economic development” is of great significance for China’s current economic recovery. Firstly, it helps to stimulate the innovative vitality of enterprises; Secondly, it helps to enhance the stability and competitiveness of the industrial and supply chains; Thirdly, it helps to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system.

At the opening ceremony, Li Zibin, Chairman of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, stated that small and medium enterprises should focus on their main business, practice their internal skills, and adhere to the spirit of long-termism and craftsman spirit. These enterprises also need to effectively strengthen the research and development of advanced independent core technologies to accelerate industrial upgrading and development transformation, so as to effectively promoting the modernization and advancement of China’s industries.
