From November 1st to November 2nd, Boao Forum for Asia Secretariat went to Hebei for holding “Boao Forum for Asia Member Partner’s Tour to Hebei”. As the guest, President Li Yong participated in the event and had in-depth communication with leaders and entrepreneurs of Hebei Province and reached broad consensus.

On November 1st, the fair of “Boao Forum for Asia Member Partner’s Tour to Hebei” was held in Shijiazhuang. Mr. Zhou Xiaochuan, Vice Chairman of Boao Forum for Asia and Vice Chairman of the 12thChinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and Mr. Li Baodong, Secretary-General of Boao Forum for Asia, attended and addressed the forum. Wang Dongfeng, Secretary of the CPC Hebei Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Hebei Provincial People's Congress, introduced relevant work in Hebei Province. Xu Qin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hebei Provincial Committee and Provincial Governor met with Li Baodong, the Secretary-General of the Forum and key members and partners attending the event. Xia Yanjun, Vice Provincial Governor introduced the development status and planning of Hebei Province. After the meeting, members and partners exchanged with more than ten important enterprises in Hebei to seek business cooperation opportunities. On November 2nd, members and partners of Boao Forum for Asia visited Xiong’an New District, accompanied by leaders such as Liu Baoling, Deputy Secretary of Management Committee and Executive Deputy Director of Xiong’an New District of Hebei. As an important guest, President Li Yong participated in the symposium with the main leaders of Xiong’an New District Management Committee, and had face-to-face communication with them to have an in-depth understanding of Planning Brief of Xiong’an New District of Hebei and its policy orientation, laying a foundation for the group's overall plan to enter Xiong’an next step.
